摘　　要：抗战爆发后,战乱局势致使太行山区原本就存在的涉毒行为日益猖獗,毒品更是泛滥成灾。为此,太行抗日根据地政府在依法禁毒的同时,发动民众,群防群治,使毒品在当地基本绝迹,从而保障了民众身体健康,强化了基层动员,维护了根据地军事安全、社会稳定和经济发展,推动了革命战争的胜利进程。After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the war situation is more bad,and the drug-related behavior situation is more rampant in the Taihang mountain,and the drug is overrun.To this end,government controls the drug In accordance with the law in the Taihang Anti-Japanese base areas.At the same time,people or materialize,forbid the drug in the local basic,so as to safeguard the public health,to strengthen the grassroots mobilization,maintain the military security of the base areas,and develop social stability and economic,and promote the revolution victory of the war.
