摘　　要：某腈纶纺丝装置生产采用湿法工艺,地面无法避免的出现蒸汽和积水。受Na SCN溶液的腐蚀,楼板已出现多处防腐层和水泥块脱落现象,其中最大的1块长70 cm、宽20 cm、厚度为5 cm,重约7.5 kg,从9 m空中落下,是生产过程的安全隐患。文中分析了腐蚀发生的机理,提出了相应的治理措施。The spinning unit of an acrylic fiber plant uses wet process for production,and it is inevitable for the floor to have steam and accumulated water. Suffered by corrosion of Na SCN solution,dropping- off phenomenon of floor slabs and anticorrosion layers happened in several places,among them,the largest one is 70 cm in length,20 cm in width,5 cm in thickness,7.5 kg in weight,dropping from 9 m in the air,is the potential safety hazard. This paper analyzed mechanism of corrosion occurrence,and proposed corresponding treatment measure.
