摘  要:丁辛醇装置开工后,陆续出现搅拌器机械密封泄漏,反应器附属钢结构晃动大等设备故障。分析认为机械密封设计、选材不当,搅拌器底部轴套、衬套磨损,配合间隙超标,反应器内杂质清理不彻底是造成机械密封失效的主要原因,通过机封国产化、加固底套,清理反应器等处理措施,彻底解决了搅拌器机械密封运行寿命短的问题。After startup of the 2- ethyl hexanol plant,leaks of mechanical seals of agitator occurred successively,the auxiliary steel structure of the reactor waggled heavily. Analysis believed that the improper mechanical seal design,impropermaterial,agitator bottom shaft sleeve and liner wear,off-specification fit clearance,non-thorough cleaning of impurities inside of reactor are the main causes for mechanical seal failure. By taking the treatment measures such as domestication of mechanical seals,strengthening bottom sleeve and cleaning reactor,the problem of short service life of mechanical seals was thoroughly solved.
