摘　　要：利用ASPEN PLUS流程模拟软件对某石化公司300 kt/a乙烯装置脱甲烷塔进行建模后模拟运行,找出了该塔存在的瓶颈问题,并针对存在的问题进行优化分析,取得了较好的效果。ASPEN PLUS process simulation software was used to simulate operation after modeling of demethanizer in the 300 kt/a ethylene plant of a petrochemical company,bottleneck problem existed in this demethanizer was found out.Optimization analysis was made to the problem existed,good result was obtained.
