摘　　要：曹县唐庄百年梨园旅游规划属于乡村旅游规划。大力发展乡村旅游,对于改善农村环境、保护农业生态、促进农民增收、加快新农村建设具有十分重要的意义。由于曹县唐庄百年梨园乡村旅游根植于农村,在开发和推进时,往往会与农村土地流转一并展开。农村土地承包经营权、宅基地使用权以及集体建设用地使用权的合法有序流转,有利于曹县唐庄百年梨园乡村旅游的健康发展,有利于依法治旅目标的实现。Tourism planning of 100-year Tangzhuang Pear Orchard in Cao County belongs to rural tourism planning.Developing rural tourism is very important for improving the rural environment, protecting the agricultural ecology, increasing farmers’income and accelerating the construction of new countryside.Since the rural tourism of 100-year Tangzhuang Pear Orchard is rooted in rural areas, the development and advance of it interweaves with the rural land circulation.The legal and orderly transfer of contracted management rights of rural land, the right to the use of cartilage, the right to the use of collective construction land, is conducive to rural tourism’s healthy development of 100 -year Tangzhuang Pear Orchard, and to the realization of administering tourism in accordance with law.
