摘 要:转子断条是感应电动机常见故障,断条发生时会在定子电流谱中产生窄带调制作用,通过定子电流频谱的分析可以找出断条故障调制的特征谱线,从而判断故障的存在及严重性.鉴于故障特征谱线与基频谱线非常接近,且幅值非常小,分析时常被基频的泄漏所淹没而无法识别.采用复调制细化算法对定子电流谱进行窄带范围内的谱线细化分析,加大频率分辨率,使得故障特征谱线远离基频谱线的影响,实现断条故障的检测与诊断.该算法简单有效,易实现,适于工程广泛应用.One of the com monly encountered problems with in du ction motors is a broken ro tor bar, which producesnarrowband modulation effect on stator current spectrum . The analysis of the stator cu rrent spectrum helps to characterizethe mo dulation spectrum , which servesas an ind ica tor of problems. The fault cha racte ristics are often overwhelm ed by thefundam ental leakage and unable to be iden tified , because the spectrum of fault characteristics is close to that offundam ental frequency, and the amplitude of fau lt characteristics issm all. Mu ltiple modulatio nzo mspectrum was used toanalyze the narro wscope of the stator current spectrum , increase the frequency resolution, and offset fundam ental frequency spectrum on the spectrum of fault characteristics. The problem of broken ro tor bars was thusdetected and diagnosed. Simple, effective and easy to implement, the algo rithm is suitable for wide app lica tion inengineering.
