摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定眼内灌注液中醋酸钠与枸橼酸钠含量。方法采用Cosmosil 5C18-PAQ色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm）,磷酸水溶液（水用磷酸调节p H值至2.15）-甲醇（95∶5）为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min^-1。结果醋酸钠浓度在0.141 1-0.329 2 mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.71%,RSD为0.57%;枸橼酸钠浓度在0.089 5-0.208 9 mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.63%,RSD为0.54%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠、专属性强。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of sodium acetate and sodium citrate in Intraocular Perfusion Liquid.Methods This method was adopted with Cosmosil 5C1 8 -PAQ（4.6 mm ×250 mm） column,the mobile phase was consisted of hosphoric acid aqueous solution （water with phosphoric acid to adjust the pH to 2.1 5） -methanol （95∶5）.The detection wavelength was 21 0 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1 .0 mL·min^ -1 .Results The linear range of sodium acetate was 0.1 41 1 -0.329 2 mg·mL^ -1 ,the average recover was 1 00.71 % and the RSD was 0.57%;The linear range of sodium citrate was 0.089 5 -0.208 9 mg·mL^ -1 ,the average recover was 1 00.63% and the RSD was 0.54%.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and specific.
