摘　　要：目的探讨尿道外口囊肿的诊断与治疗方法.方法收集我院2010 年至2 014 年收治的1 0 例尿道外口囊肿患者的临床资料,结合文献复习对其病因、临床表现及治疗进行讨论分析.结果本组1 0 例患者男8 例,女2 例,病程1.3 2 年,均行尿道外口囊肿切除术,术后随访3个月.1 年,未见复发或其它并发症.结论尿道外口囊肿病因尚不清楚,通过外观即可明确诊断,行囊肿切除术治疗安全有效.Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of parameatal urethral cyst(PUC). Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of PUC in our hospital from 2010 to 2014were collected,and the etiology,clinical manifestation and treatment were discussed and analyzed. Results All the 10 cases were underwent cystectomy.Furthermore,there were no recurrence or other complications with 3months to 1year follow-up. Conclusions Although the etiology of PUC remains unclear,it is easy to diagnosis and can be treated safey and effectively by cystectomy.
