摘  要:分析模拟工作现场搬运设备系统的工作原理,采集光电传感器和高速计数器信号识别工件,利用滚珠丝杠与负压真空吸盘气动系统改进气动机械手,以方便抓取工件,并给出基于FESTO自控系统的PLC步进程序与真空负压缸气动系统联合控制自动搬运物流分拣系统的设计过程。The operating principle of the system simulated the portage handling equipment on work site was analyzed. The signal was collected for identification of workpiece form photoelectric sensor and high-speed counter,and fetching workpiece was facilitated by improving the pneumatic manipulator through making use of the combination of ball screw and negative pressure vacuum suction cup pneumatic system. Finally the design process was provided of automatic portage logistics sorting system based on combination control of FESTO-based PLC step-by-step procedure and vacuum negative pressure cylinder pneumatic system.
