摘　　要：CNC-1型自动叠片机是为实现JSZW3-3、6、10型互感器硅钢片的自动叠放工作而开发的,其动力传动部分由空气压缩机、执行气缸、电磁控制阀和气动辅件组成,由PLC控制实现叠片动作,操作方便。针对叠片机的动力传动部分的设计与控制进行了介绍。CZC-1 type lamination machine is developed for completing stacking automatic of JSZW3-3,6,10 type mutual inductor. Its power transmission part comprises an air compressor,an actuating cylinder,solenoid control valves and pneumatic auxiliary parts,and the laminated motion is conveniently controlled by PLC. The transmission design and control for the lamination machine were introduced.
