摘  要:传统的冷镦机送料机构由曲柄摇杆、棘轮和送料滚轮组成,由于存在棘轮误差和工作磨损,致使其送料精度难以保证。提出了以ARM嵌入式系统、伺服电机、滚珠丝杠和液压钳为核心的控制结构,采用数字控制技术配合移动液压钳的快速运动提高了系统传送精度与速度。该系统与传统传动机构相比较,结构更简单,操作更方便,具有实用价值。The traditional feeding mechanism of cold heading machine is composed of the crank rocker,the ratchet wheel and the feeding roller. Because of the error of ratchet wheel and the operation wear,the accuracy of its feeding is hard to guarantee. The control structure was presentd,which was based on ARM embedded system,servo motor,and ball screw and hydraulic tong as the core. By using digital control technology cooperated with mobile hydraulic clamp at high speed,the sysytem was improved of high transmission precision and speed. Compared with the traditional transmission mechanism,the system structure has a certain practical value,because it is more simple and more convenient in operation.
