摘 要:由于旋转式电机驱动的机械压力机需要一套复杂的将旋转运动转换为直线运动的传动机构,结构复杂,为此,提出了一种直线电机式压力机。对该压力机常用的台式串行结构、框架式结构和增力式结构等进行了研究,并对该压力机的直线电机技术、增力机构、散热隔磁技术、成形工艺优化和能量回收等关键技术进行了分析。分析表明:该压力机可以由直线电机直接驱动滑块做往复直线运动,具有结构简单、生产效率高和节能环保等优点,提高了系统的快速反应能力和控制精度。A complex transmission mechanism which can convert rotary motion to linear motion is needed in the mechanical press driven by rotary motor which structure is complex,so a press driven by linear motor was proposed. Desktop serial structure,frame structure and reinforcement structure which were commonly used in the press driven by linear motor were studied,and the key technology of linear motor technology,reinforcement mechanism,heat dissipation and magnetic separation technology,forming process optimization and energy recovery technology were analyzed. The results show that the slide can be driven by linear motor to do reciprocating linear motion in the press driven by linear motor which has the advantages of simple structure,high productivity,energy conservation and environment protection,and the fast response ability and control precision of the system can also be improved.
