摘 要:根据当前水下生产系统的研究需要,提出针对水下长脐带缆液压管的等效模拟方法,研究相关理论基础,并推导相应模拟元件的数学模型。基于工程系统仿真软件AMESim,依托我国南海某水下油气田的环境参数及部分工况,建立长脐带缆液压管的长管模型及其等效模拟系统模型,并进行仿真试验。通过对模型响应时间、压力、流量等动态特性的分析及现场应用试验,验证了该等效模拟方法的相关理论方案、数学模型及研究方法的正确性和可行性。该等效模拟方法可以用于水下液压系统物理测试台中长脐带管等效模拟系统的设计。According to the research needs of the subsea production control system,in view of the equivalent simulation method for hydraulic tube of the long subsea umbilical was put forward,related theoretical basis was researched,and the corresponding mathematical model of the simulation component was derived. Based on AMESim simulation software,relying on part of the conditions of an subsea system in the South China Sea,long tube model of the hydraulic lines of its umbilical and its equivalent tube model were established,and simulation experiments were carried out. Through the analysis of response time,pressure,flow and other dynamic characteristics of the model,the equivalent analog theory underlying assumptions,and by the physical application test,the correctness and feasibility of the calculation formulas and research methods were verified. The equivalent simulation method could be used in the design of the equivalent simulation system to the hydraulic lines of long umbilical for subsea hydraulic system physical test bed.
