摘  要:针对航空发动机机匣整体件加工变形大、难以满足加工精度的问题,采用有限元方法建立了基于辅助支撑的整体机匣件加工变形预测模型,分析了不同辅助支撑方案的加工变形结果。通过工件和辅助支撑模型的构建以及切削力加载方式的研究,开发了动态载荷施加程序,建立了薄壁件车削加工有限元模型;应用所建立的模型分别模拟了普通切削方式和使用辅助支撑方式的加工变形,对比分析了两种方案的加工变形;通过仿真和实验数据的对比分析,验证了仿真模型的正确性,并进一步证明了辅助支撑对加工变形的有效抑制作用;探索了不同辅助支撑元件数目、长度、轴向位置对加工变形的影响,为车削加工中辅助支撑方案的选择提供了参考。Aimed at the problem of great cutting deformation of integral casing structure parts of aircraft engine which is difficult to satisfy the machining accuracy,machining deformation prediction model was developed with finite element method( FEM) based on integral casing structure parts. The cutting deformation results of different supplemental support schemes were analyzed. Load dynamic exerted program was developed,and a thin wall parts turning cutting finite element model was established based on the construction of workpiece and support model and study in cutting force loading method. The establised model was used to simulate machining deformation respectivly in common cutting method and in using supplemental support method and contrastive analysis was done of the cutting deformation between the model with support and without support scheme. By contrastive analysis of simulation and experimental data,the correctness of simlation model was tested,which further proved the positive restrain effects to cutting deformation of supplemental support. The different effects of the number,the length and the axial position of supplemental support element on cutting deformation are explored,which provide theoretical basis for the right choise of support scheme in turning cutting.
