摘　　要：基于LabVIEW研究设计了电子压力机压力位移测控系统。介绍了硬件设计和软件设计,阐述了系统的数据采集模块设计、PLC程序设计、LabVIEW程序编写和LabVIEW与PLC的通信过程。根据实际运行结果表明:该系统能够对压力位移进行实时的运动控制、数据采集、监测、分析和报警。Electronic press measurement and control system for pressure and displacement based on Lab VIEW was designed which introduced hardware design and software design,the communication process design,data acquisition module of the system PLC program design,Lab VIEW programming and the communication process of Lab VIEW and PLC were described. By practical application of this system,the results show that it can be able to give pressure and displacement real-time motion control,data acquisition,monitoring,analysis and alarm.
