中西结合治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西结合治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收集在我院就诊的KOA患者138例,随机分为西医组和中西医结合组,各69例。西医组采用关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液及口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊进行治疗。中西医组在西医组基础上加用中药热熨法和理疗法。比较两组患者治疗8周后的临床疗效。结果:中西医组患者的治愈率、有效率明显高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗KOA疗效优于单纯的西药治疗,且不良反应少,效果明显。Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 138 cases of KOA were collected in our hospital, and randomly divided into the western medicine group and the integrative medicine group, 69 cases in each. The western medicine group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in intra-articular and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules. The integrative medicine group was given TCM hot ironing and physical therapy. The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared in 8 weeks. Results: The cure rate and efficiency in the integrative medicine group were significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine on KOA is better than the simple western medicine, with a little adverse reaction, and gain an obvious effect.
