摘　　要：以10.7、11.2、11.7、12.2和12.7 mm等5组直径珠核,3个药物配方珠核处理,以及3.5、4.0、4.5、5.0和5.5龄等5组植核蚌龄,分别比较珠核规格、珠核药物处理和蚌龄对三角帆蚌内脏团二次植核育珠效果的影响。结果表明,珠核规格、珠核药物处理和蚌龄对三角帆蚌内脏团二次植核育珠效果存在影响,珠核直径11.7 mm、药物处理2组和育珠蚌龄3.5 a的育珠蚌具有最高的优质珠率。Three experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of nucleus size,nucleus medicinal treatment and host oyster age on second graft of Hyriopsis cumingii. ExperimentⅠ：The mean diameter of the first graft pearls was 11.2 mm,the nucleus diameter of second graft in the visceral of Hyriopsis cumingii was 10.7 mm,11.7 mm,12.2 mm,12.7 mm and 11.2 mm,respectively ExperimentⅡ：The effect of three solutions of nucleus medicinal treatment on pearl production traits was evaluated. Experiment Ⅲ：The age of host pearl oyster was 3.5,4.0,4.5,5.0 and 5.5 years old,respectively. Results showed that there were significant differences in perfect quality pearl rates among the groups. The highest perfect quality pearl rates obtained in the host pearl oyster with 11.7 mm nucleus implanted,and 3.5 years old and nucleus medicinal treatment group2 in experimentⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.
