摘 要:为了探讨隔振参数对单钢轮振动压路机试验台的影响规律,提高试验台的可靠性,对试验台隔振系统进行了简化并建立了3个自由度的动力学模型。通过将动力学微分方程转化为系统框图,运用Matlab对所建动力学模型进行了仿真分析和验证,探讨了橡胶转鼓刚度、减振器刚度和振动平台质量对试验台隔振效果的影响规律。结果表明:橡胶转鼓的充气压力在0.2MPa左右,振动平台质量在10t左右,减振器刚度在8.68 MN/m较为合适。橡胶转鼓刚度和减振器刚度对隔振效果影响较大,振动平台的质量影响次之。通过对幅频特性的分析可知,振动频率与幅值之间关系复杂,随振动频率增大,幅值呈现下降趋势。针对振动轮和橡胶转鼓的相互作用问题,应从转鼓的动态特性考虑隔振效果。To discuss the influence of vibration isolation parameters on single drum vibratory roller tester,the vibration isolation system structure is simplified,and a dynamic model of three degrees of freedom is established.The dynamical differential equation is transferred into a system block diagram,the simulation analysis and verification of dynamical model established are analyzed using Matlab software.The simulation analysis of the influence rule of the rubber drum stiffness,damper stiffness and vibration platform mass on the vibration isolation effect are analyzed.The results showed that the rubber drum of inflation pressure at about 0.2MPa,vibration platform mass around 10 t,the damper stiffness in 8.68MN/m are appropriate.Rubber drum stiffness and damper stiffness had a greater influence on the vibration isolation effect than the vibration platform mass.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the amplitude and frequency,the relationship between vibration frequency and amplitude is complexed.With the increase of vibration frequency,amplitude decreased.For the interaction problem of vibratory wheel and rubber drum,influence on vibration isolation effect of the dynamic behavior of the drum should be considered.
