涡旋压缩机气体力的影响因素分析

摘　　要：在气体力模型基础上,结合涡旋压缩机的基本参数和设计参数,分析了气体力的影响因素。得出基圆半径、节距、齿高、压缩比、排气量对气体力的影响情况。分析结果为减小涡旋压缩机的振动和噪声提供依据,为涡旋压缩机的动力平衡提供支撑。Based on the gas forces model,combined with the basic parameters and the design parameters of the scroll compressor,the influence factors of the gas forces are analyzed. The influence of base radius,pitch,tooth height,compression ratio and gas displacement on the gas forces is obtained. The analysis results provide the basis for reducing the vibration and noise of the scroll compressor,and provide support for the dynamic balance of scroll compressor.
