摘　　要：以发展低碳城市为目的,从城市交通规划、绿地规划、市政设施设计三方面,阐述了低碳城市的规划设计策略,指出低碳城市规划为城市发展提供了新思路,同时也为改善城市生态环境带来了契机。Taking the development of low carbon city as the purpose, from the urban transportation planning, green space planning, municipal facilitiesdesign three aspects, this paper elaborated the planning and design strategies of low carbon urban, pointed out that the low carbon urbanplanning provided new thinking way for urban development, and at the same time brought opportunity to improve the urban ecologicalenvironment.
