摘　　要：《中国药品综合评价指南参考大纲》是对建立一套适合中国特色的,同时具有可操作性的药品综合评价体系的积极尝试。笔者所在团队以2015年新发布的《中国药品综合评价指南参考大纲》(第二版)为依据,对目前上市的唯一一种环脂肽类抗菌药物达托霉素进行了综合评价。一方面期盼通过对《中国药品综合评价指南参考大纲》的具体实践来检验该指南的实际应用价值,另一方面期盼为临床和社保部门提供适应我国国情的达托霉素的综合性评价信息。本文介绍的是对达托霉素体内药学特性进行评价的部分。Guideline for Comprehensive Drug Evaluation in China is an active attempt to establish a set of comprehensive drug evaluation system, which would fit in the domestic situation and be operative in China. The authors and their team members conducted the comprehensive evaluation of daptomycin, the only cyclic lipopeptide antibiotic on the market, according to new released Guideline for Comprehensive Drug Evaluation in China (2nd version, 2015). The aim is to test the practical application values of this guideline through concrete practice, and expect to provide comprehensive evaluation information of daptomycin for clinical and social security departments as well. This article evaluated the in vivo pharmaceutical characteristics of daptomycin, including the pharmacokinetic properties and related drug interactions.
