藿胆丸治疗感冒性鼻炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察霍胆丸对感冒性鼻炎的临床药效。方法:将我院收治的伤风感冒性鼻炎患者80例,随机分为药物组和对照组,每组40例。其中对照组患者采用鼻炎康给药(每次4g,每日2次,服用10日)的治疗方法,药物组患者采用霍胆丸给药(每次4g,每日2次,服用10日)的治疗方法。比较两组用药后临床症状的改善情况及总有效率,对药物进行临床评价。结果:药物组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为85%,两组比较,药物组治疗作用显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者用药后临床症状均显著改善,组间对比,药物组治疗后临床症状的改善所需的天数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:霍胆丸对感冒性鼻炎有显著的治疗作用。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the HuoDan pill for cold related rhinitis.Methods: 80 cases of patients suffering common cold or the flu rhinitis in our hospital, were randomly divided into drug group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated by rhinitis medicine (4 g each time, 2 times a day, taking 10), drug group were treated by HuoDan bolus dose (4 g each time, 2 times a day, taking 10). Clinical symptoms improved by the medicine and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups to evaluate the effect of medication.Results: The total effective rate was 90%, in drug group, whereas total effective rate was 85% in control group, thus the effective rate in drug treatment group was significant higher than that of control group (P<0.05); Two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were significantly improved. the number of days required for clinical symptoms improved after treatment was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: HuoDan pill has significant treatment effect to cold related rhinitis.
