摘　　要：通过对卡缆以及目前卡缆回收方式的分析,研究制作了新型的卡缆螺帽切割机。对新型切割机进行了制作方法、工作原理、操作程序等方面的详细说明。采用优化后的卡缆螺帽切割机,能有效提高卡缆的回收修复率,提高了工作效率,降低了员工的劳动强度和用工数。具有良好的经济效益。Based on the analysis of the current card cable and the recycling way, make a new card cable nut cutting machine, the production methods, working principles, operating procedures, and other aspects of new cutting machine were described in detail. The use of optimized cable clamp nut cutting machine effectively improve the card cable recovery rate, improve the work efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of workers and employment number, which have good economic benefits.
