摘  要:阐述了海洋工程DP-3船舶在电气设计过程中的关键技术。包括:电力负荷计算时作业设备的分类、工况的确定和作业设备的工作情况分析;正常运行和单故障状态的电力负荷计算,根据各正常和单故障负荷分析的结果确定装机总容量;分析机舱数量对电站总容量和发电机组数量的影响,确定合适的机舱数量、机组数量和单机功率;在电站配置确定后综合考虑电力系统的架构、汇流排的短路容量、电压等级、环网形式等,确定电网的组成,并进一步校核正常工况和单故障时配电板单段汇流排负荷率;在电力系统设计中考虑推进负载在单故障工况时的冗余供电;大功率作业负载的转换供电、辅助动力设备在DP-3船上的冗余设计;全电力推进船舶功率管理系统的配置、功能和必要性。This paper elaborates the key technology for the electrical design of DP-3 offshore vessel, including categorization of the operating equipment in electrical load calculation, determination of their working conditions and analysis of their performance; as well as electrical load calculation for normal operation and the operation under single fault. The total installed capacity is determined according to normal operation and the result of single fault load analysis; the influence of the number of engine room on both the total capacity of power station and the number of generator set is analyzed to determine the number of engine room, the number of generator set and the capacity of each generator. Then, composition of the power system, short circuit capacity of the bus-bar, voltage level, ring type,etc. are determined with comprehensive considerations. In addition to this, the load of each bus-bar on the switch board under both normal operating condition and single fault condition are checked; the redundant power supply for propulsion under single fault condition, the transitional power supply for high load operation and the redundant design of auxiliary power equipment on board DP-3 vessel are considered in the electrical system design. The configurations, functions and necessities of power management system for full electrical propulsion vessel is discussed.
