摘　　要：从调查大学生入党心理现状入手,分析大学生存在入党心理偏差的原因,构建心理学视角下的发展大学生党员全方位教育管理机制,保证大学生党员发展质量。Through the investigation of Psychological state of the college students joining the Communist Party of China, the article analyses the reason of psychological deviation of the college students joining the Communist Party of China, establishes a comprehensive education and management mechanism in the perspective of psychology to ensure quality of college students Party members.
