摘　　要：侨批馆是近代闽南与潮汕侨乡建筑文化中极具特色的建筑类别,它产生于侨乡特有的金融行业——侨批业,较为直接地反映了建筑与社会经济发展之间的错综复杂关系。在建筑形态和空间分布上,闽南与潮汕侨批馆建筑文化一方面表现出多样性、依附性与层级性等共通特征,另一方面也表现出地缘性与业缘性的发展趋向差异。Qiaopi are remittance receipts in the form of family letters from overseas Chinese to their families in China. Qiao means "emigrants" and pi means "letters" .And laterly on Qiaopi became the financial agency between oversee and the mainland at that time and buildings were built up particularly for receiving, transferring and posting of Qiaopi, namely Qiaopi Hal, which is a very special building type of architectural culture in modern Minnan and Chaoshan area. The complex relationship between architecture and the development of social and economic in the area has been reflected in the architecture form of Qiaopi Hal. Common features are observable in different Qiaopi Hal such as diversity, dependency and hierarchy, but the difference on geographical and industrial characteristics in Minnan and Chaoshan area is clear also.
