摘　　要：介绍沈卫东教授针药结合治疗Bell’s面瘫的临床经验与施术特色。沈师临证多以浅刺恢复面肌功能,慎用电针及强刺激手法,同时主张针、灸与中药协同治疗,强调治疗过程中扶正与祛邪兼顾,使患者达到全面康复的目的。This paper introduces the clinical experience and characteristics of Professor Shen Weidong in treating Bell 's facial paralysis by acupuncture combined with medicine. Professor Shen frequently uses shallow needling to gain the recovery of facial muscle function, he is quite cautious with electroacupuncture and strong stimulation practice. He also advocates that synergistic treatment of acupuncture, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine and he emphasizes that strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors should be given equal consideration to in the course of treatment to achieve the purpose of comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
