川芎茶调散治疗慢性头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察川芎茶调散对慢性头痛患者症状的改善效果.方法：纳入16 例慢性头痛患者,以川芎茶调散为基本方治疗4 周.采用四级分类量表评价干预前后头痛程度.使用SPSS 13.0 软件包进行统计分析.结果：服用川芎茶调散后头痛缓解.服用川芎茶调散前2 周内头痛程度最重时评分均值为（2.75±0.45）分;服药后第3～4 周内头痛程度最重时评分均值为（1.81±0.75）分.干预前后头痛评分差异具有显著性（P=0.002）.结论：川芎茶调散能够改善慢性头痛患者症状.Objective: To investigate the effects of Chuanxiong Chatiao powder on chronic headache. Methods: Sixteen patients with chronic headache were included in the study and provided Chuanxiong Chatiao powder as the primary herbal formula for 4 weeks. The 4-point scale was used to assess the severity of headache before and after Chinese medicine intervention. SPSS13.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis. Results: The symptom of headache was improved after Chinese herb therapy. The score of 4-point scale before treatment was(2.75±0.45) and the score after treatment was(1.81±0.75), indicating statistical difference(P=0.002). Conclusions: Chuanxiong Chatiao powder can improve symptoms of patients with chronic headache.
