化脓性肉芽肿激光综合治疗后的护理措施分析

摘　　要：目的:本研究通过对化脓性肉芽肿激光治疗后进行中医和西医的不同创面护理措施的结果进行分析比较,探寻安全有效,瘢痕发生率低,患者满意度高的护理干预措施。方法:采用完全随机阳性药物平行对照的方法,观察120例来自北京中医药大学东方医院皮肤科化脓性肉芽肿患者,分为中医护理组60例(试验组)和西医护理组60例(治疗组),中医护理组在创面给予龙珠软膏外用,西医护理组在创面处涂莫匹罗星(百多邦)软膏。结果:中医护理组总有效率为78.3%,西医护理组总有效率为65.0%,两组总有效率无统计学差异,中医护理组显效率为40.0%,西医护理组显效率为21.7%,在显效率方面两组有统计学差异,两组瘢痕形成均以0级为主,但是中医护理组明显优于西医护理组,中医护理组未出现复发病例,西医护理组出现1例复发,中医护理组复发率优于西医护理组,安全性方面,西医护理组出现3例不良反应,而中医护理组未见不良反应病例。结论:中医护理对本病的预后在疗效、瘢痕形成、复发率、安全性上较西医护理更具优势,值得临床推广。Objective: This study analyzed different post laser wound care measures for patients with pyogenic granuloma, Chinese medicine and Western medicine were analyzed and compared to explore safe, effective nursing interventions in patients with high satisfaction and with minimal scarring incident. Methods: A completely random positive drug parallel controlled test method was used to observe 120 cases of pyogenic granuloma dermatology patients from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Oriental Hospital.Chinese medicine treatment group(test group) and Western medicine treatment group(treatment group) was formed with 60 patients in each group, TCM treatment group was given Pearl ointment for wound care while patients in Western medicine group wereapplied Bactroban ointment. Results: The total effective rate of Chinese nursing was 78.3% while that of Western medicine treatment group was 65.0%, the total effective rate was no significant difference in nursing group effective rate 40.0%, Western medicine treatment group effective rate 21.7% in terms of efficiency the two groups was statistically significant in both groups scarring are 0-based, but in nursing care group was significantly better than Western medicine. Recurrence did not appear in Chinese medicine treatment groupwhile in western medicine care group 1 recurrence case occurred. TCM nursing care group relapse rate was better than Western medicine group and secure. Western medicine treatment group had three cases of adverse reactions while there were no cases of adverse reactions in nursing group. Conclusion: TCM nursing prognosis for post laser wound care is effective and securedcompared with Western medicine. The scarring rate and recurrence rate is also lower in TCM nursing group. TCM care has more advantages and is worthy of promotion.
