中药烫疗配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对腰椎间盘突出症患者予以中药烫疗与推拿联合治疗的临床效果进行探讨。方法:按随机单盲法,将82例腰椎间盘突出症患者均分成实验组与对照组,对照组患者采取推拿治疗,实验组患者采取中药烫疗与推拿治疗。随后,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果:实验组患者治疗后的总有效率(95.1%)比对照组患者(85.4%)高,差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腰椎间突出症患者采取中药烫疗联合推拿治疗,效果明显,值得在临床上推行。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine scalding therapy combined with Tuina onlumbar disc herniation. Methods: According to the random single blind method, 82 cases with lumbar disc herniation were dividedinto two groups namely, the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with Tuina therapy while the experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine scalding therapy combined with Tuina; the clinical effects of the two groups of patients were compared after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate(95.1%) of the patients in the experimental group was higher than thatin the control group(85.4%), the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine scalding therapy combined with Tuinahas remarkable effect on lumbar disc herniation, which is worthy of promotion.
