贾跃进老中医运用乾坤针法治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床经验

摘　　要：乾坤针法突出阴阳平衡的辨证思想,以简驭繁,将"乾属阳,坤属阴,乾坤相对,相辅相成"贯穿于辨证取穴、进针、行针等整个治疗过程。取穴时,以乾坤双穴为一单位,而且要阴阳、左右、上下配伍。贾跃进老中医运用乾坤针法治疗周围性面神经麻痹取得了很好的临床疗效。Qiankun acupuncture highlights the dialectical thought of the balance of Yin and Yang, the theme of “ Qian is Yang, Kun is Yin, Qiankunare opposite and complement each other” is applied during the treatment process of locating acupoints, inserting needle and hand-manipulating of needle. In locating acupoints, both Qiankun acupoints are taken as a unit and the compatibility of Yin and Yang, left and right, up and down was emphasized. Jia Yuejin, a veteran practioner of TCM, achieved good therapeutic effect in treating peripheral facial paralysis with Qiankun acupuncture.
