益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风的疗效。方法:选取本院2012年2月—2015年3月收治的62例缺血性脑中风患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则分成治疗A组和治疗B组。治疗A组患者予以常规药物治疗,治疗B组患者予以常规药物治疗+益气活血通络汤。对比两组患者治疗效果,并在治疗前后对红细胞压积、血浆黏度比、全血黏度比、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间的差异性进行对比。结果:与治疗A组相比,治疗B组患者疗效明显更高,数据间经x2检验存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗B组红细胞压积、血浆黏度比、全血黏度比、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间改善更显著,数据间经t检验存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通络汤治疗缺血性脑中风疗效确切,可有效改善患者血流动力学,改善患者预后,值得推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction in treating ischemic stroke. Methods： 62patients with ischemic stroke, who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2015, were selected as researchobjects and randomly divided into treatment group A and B. Patients in group A received conventional medicine treatment while patients ingroup B received conventional medicine combined with Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The therapeutic effects of two groups werecompared; the difference of red cell volume, plasma viscosity ratio, whole blood viscosity ratio, and fibrinogen, prothrombin time beforeand after treatment was contrasted. Results： Compared with group A, the therapeutic effect of group B was significantly better; thedifferences between two groups were statistically significant by x2 test （P〈0.05）. The improvement of red cell volume, plasma viscosityratio, whole blood viscosity ratio, fibrinogen, prothrombin time in group B was significantly better; the differences between two groupswere statistically significant by t test （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction had significant clinical effect in treatingischemic stroke, it could enhance the patients hemodynamics effectively and improve prognosis, therefore, it was worthy of promotion.
