加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗狼疮性肾炎激素撤减期的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗狼疮性肾炎激素撤减期的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2014年2月—2015年3月在我院所接受治疗的狼疮性肾炎患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和常规组各60例。常规组使用常规的治疗方式,实验组则使用加味黄芪桂枝五物汤进行治疗。结果:常规组与实验组经过治疗之后的各项身体指标与治疗之前无明显差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组与常规组患者经过治疗之后,实验组患者的所有身体指标均明显高于常规组患者,肾功能、动态血沉、超敏C-反应蛋白、24 h尿蛋白量这4项数据差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗狼疮性肾炎激素撤减期的临床疗效显著,帮助患者消除狼疮性肾炎激素撤减期所出现的各项病情复发可能性,值得临床推广。Objective: To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treating lupus nephritis in hormone withdrawal period. Methods: 120 patients with lupus nephritis, who were admitted and treated in our hospital form February 2014 to March 2015, were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group, with 60 cases in each group, the control group received conventional routine treatment while the experiment group received Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction. Results: After treatment, there was no significant difference of the body indexes of patients in two groups compared with those before the treatment, the difference was of no statistical significance (P>0.05). After treatment, the body indexes of patients in the experiment group were significantly better than those of the control group, there was significant difference in renal function, ESR, high sensitivity C reactive protein, 24h urinary protein, the difference was of statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion:Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction had significant clinical curative effect in treating lupus nephritis in hormone withdrawal period, it could eliminate the possibility of recurrence of the disease of lupus nephritis in hormone withdrawal period and was worthy of clinical promotion.
