京津冀高等教育协同发展机制研究

摘　　要：随着京津冀协同发展的进一步深入,高等教育对京津冀区域经济社会的科技、人才和智力支撑作用将更加突显。京津冀高等教育协同发展存在区域合作整体规划不到位、区域发展基础不平衡、资金共享渠道不畅、合作共赢局面尚未形成等我们不得不思考的问题,为此,应充分发挥高等教育在京津冀协同发展中的先导作用,优化整合京津冀区域优质高教资源,实现京津冀高教互利共赢的新局面。As the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei deepens,higher education plays a prominent supporting role in technology,talent and intelligence in the economic society of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper discusses the existing problems in collaborative development of higher education, such as lack of integrated plan,imbalance of regional development , obstructed channel of shared fund and unformed situation of win-win cooperation. It also points out that higher education should give full play to the leading role in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development and optimize high quality resource for win-win cooperation.
