腔镜手术治疗男性乳房发育症临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性乳房发育症腔镜手术治疗效果。方法选择确诊51例（67侧）男性乳房发育症的患者,实施腔镜下皮下腺体切除术。结果手术均获成功,切口小且隐蔽,术中出血少,术后住院时间3~7 d,术后皮下积液4例,乳头乳晕部浅层缺血1例,胸壁广泛皮下气肿1例。随访12~36个月,双侧乳头乳晕基本对称,双乳形态较满意,患侧感觉异常2例,无复发,无继发出血及乳头乳晕坏死。结论腔镜手术治疗男性乳房发育症美容效果好,并发症少,术后恢复快,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effect of Endoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecomastia.Methods 51 patients （67 sides） diagnosed gynecomastia were selected,all the patients were given subcutaneous gland excision under endoscopic.Results All the Operation were successful,the incision were small and hidden,less intraoperative bleeding,the hospital stay time were 3-7 days,there were 4 cases with postoperative subcutaneous effusion,1 cases with nipple areola shallow ischemia,1 case with chest wall extensive subcutaneous emphysema.All the patients had been follow-up for 12-36 months,the bilateral nipple were symmetric,the breasts form were satisfactory,there were 2 cases with ipsilateral paresthesia,but no recurrence,no secondary bleeding and necrosis of nipple areola.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery has good cosmetic results,less complications,faster recovery and effective in the treatment of gynecomastia.
