复方土茯苓颗粒治疗高尿酸血症患者的3个月随访观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方土茯苓颗粒的远期治疗作用及安全性。方法随机将77例高尿酸血症患者分成对照组(28例)、复方土茯苓颗粒1组(26例)、复方土茯苓颗粒2组(23例)。在相同健康教育基础上,复方土茯苓颗粒1组口服复方土茯苓颗粒10 g,2次/d,连续20 d;复方土茯苓颗粒2组口服复方土茯苓颗粒(剂量同1组)3疗程,20 d为1疗程,2个疗程间隔10d。于基线点、终末点、随访点采集患者中医临床四诊资料进行中医症状评分,检测患者血尿酸、血常规、肝肾功能、尿常规。结果 3组患者终末点、随访点血尿酸均较基线点下降(P<0.01),经复方土茯苓颗粒治疗后血尿酸下降较对照组明显(P<0.05或P<0.01),至随访点时2组血尿酸较1组低(P<0.05);复方土茯苓颗粒可降低患者痰涎、神疲乏力、四肢沉重、小便黄赤积分(P<0.05或P<0.01),增加小便清长积分(P<0.01),至随访点时2组可继续改善身热及上述症状(P<0.05或P<0.01);各观察时点3组患者血、尿常规、肝肾功能的各项指标均未见明显变化(P>0.05)。结论复方土茯苓颗粒具有良好的降尿酸效果,远期疗效良好,并可改善高尿酸血症患者与痰湿阻滞相关的临床症状,安全性高。Objective To observe the long-term efficacy and safety of compound Tufuling Granules on Hyperurice- mic patients. Methods The hyperuricemia patients were randomly divided into control group, group J and group 2 of compound Tufuling Granules. Patients were on the basis of the same health education. Group 1 were treated by compound Tufuling Granules （10g, twice per day）, there were 20 days for a course of treatment. Group 2 were treated by compound Tufuling Granules （dose with group 1） for 3 courses, 10 days interval between two courses. The clinical symptoms, uric acid and physical signs on baseline point, end point and follow-up point were noted and compared. Results The significant decrease of uric acid level was found in 3 groups on end point and follow-up point （P〈0. 01）. The effect were better than control group in compound Tufuling Granules groups （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The degree of uric acid in group 2 was low- er than that in group 1 on follow-up point （P〈0. 05）. The urinary volume was increased significantly （P〈0. 01） in com- pound Tufuling Granules groups, and the phlegm, lassitude, heaviness of limbs and dark urine were improved （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The above symptoms and general fever were continue to improve in group 2 on follow-up point （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The laboratory data, included blood routine, urine routine, liver function and renal function, were no significant difference on end point and follow-up point （P〈0. 05） in 3 groups. Conclusion Compound Tufuling Granules could re- duce the degree of uric acid with long-term efficacy and safety. And a part of clinical symptoms were improved in Hyperuricemic patients.
