社会支持对驻新疆官兵心理应激影响的路径分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社会支持对驻新疆部队官兵心理应激的影响路径。方法随机整群选取驻新疆官兵757名,运用军人社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷、军人职业倦怠量表和军人心理应激自评问卷进行调查,使用结构方程模型进行路径分析。结果 1社会支持、职业倦怠、消极应对进入心理应激回归方程,可解释心理应激45.0%的变异量。2路径分析显示:消极应对和职业倦怠在社会支持与心理应激间具有部分中介作用,分别占总效应的6.9%和30.0%。结论社会支持、职业倦怠、消极应对是心理应激的重要影响因素;消极应对、职业倦怠在社会支持与心理应激间具有部分中介作用。Objective To explore the effects of social support to the psychological stress of militaries stationed in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 757 militaries were chosen by random cluster sampling and measured with the Chinese mili- tary personnel social support scale, the simplified coping style questionnaire, the job burnout scale for military personnel and the psychological stress self-evaluation test. The structural equation model was used by the path model. Results （1） Job burnout and passive coping into the regression equation of psychological stress, and accounted for 45.0% of variance. （2）Passive coping style and job burnout played a mediating role between social support and psychological stress, the rate of mediating effect were separately 6. 9% and 30. 0%. Conclusion Social support,job burnout and passive coping are the im- portant factors to psychological stress. Passive coping and job burnout play a partly mediating role between social support and psychological stress.
