军队师级医院科研管理要素分析

摘　　要：目的为保证和不断提高医疗质量、培养医学人才和实现医院管理现代化的需要。方法本研究通过在总结医学科研管理专家意见的基础上,采用德尔菲法对现行师级医院科研管理要素进行梳理和分析。结果梳理出军队师级医院科研管理一级要素10个,二级要素25个。结论本调查一定程度上帮助师级医院摸清科研管理现状,提升科研管理水平。Objective To meet the growing needs of improving medical service quality, cultivate medical profes- sionals and promote modernizing hospital management. Methods On the basis of the comprehensive opinion of experts on medical research management, the influence factors on current research management with Delphi method were systemic analyzed in division hospitals. Results Ten first-grade factors and further 25 second-grade factors were relative to medical research management. Conclusion The analysis can help clarify the current research management situation, and can pro- mote the level of research management.
