摘　　要：目的了解中国海上卫勤保障领域研究现状和存在的问题,为做好该项工作提供可行的理论指导和参考依据。方法利用文献计量学的思维对2000~2014年海上卫勤保障文献从数量、文题、期刊分布、作者、作者机构等数据进行统计分析。结果年度发文数量呈上升趋势;发文期刊分布合理,发文数前10位的期刊中军队出版期刊占8家;作者合作度偏低,核心作者群体正在形成中;医院是该专题研究的主要力量。结论需要在提高机构之间的合作上加大力度,联合院校、科研单位和有实力的医院共同参与;提高作者合作度;在培养核心作者群体方面努力,以提高海上卫勤保障能力。Objective To investigate the current research status and the existing problems of marine health and lo- gistics service in China, and to provide theoretical guidance and references for improvements in the field. Methods From the perspective of bibliometrics, the quantities, topics, distribution of periodicals, authors and their affiliated institutions of literatures on marine health and logistics service between 2000 and 2014 were analyzed. Results The numbers of annu- al publications were increasing; the distributions of periodicals were i＇easonable, 8 of the top 10 publishing periodicals were military periodicals~ the cooperation level was low, and the groups of core authors were forming. Hospitals were the main participants in the research of this field. Conclusion It is necessary to promote cooperations among institutions, joint universities, research institutions and qualifying hospitals to participate in. Improve authors＇ cooperation level, and develop the groups of core authors to enhance marine health and logistics service.
