摘 要:为研究内4孔水口下拉坯速度、水口浸入深度和结晶器宽度对结晶器液面波动的影响,以断面为90 mm×1 500 mm和90 mm×1 270 mm的结晶器为原型,建立1∶1的物理模型,通过DJ800水工数据采集系统对结晶器液面波动情况进行检测。研究结果表明:最大波高差出现在2号传感器位置,在浸入深度一定下,结晶器液面波动随着拉速的逐渐增大而增大;当拉速一定时,液面波动随着水口浸入深度从240 mm增加到340 mm而减小;在拉速和浸入深度相同时,小断面结晶器的液面波动情况总体小于大断面结晶器的液面波动。To study how casting speed, immersion depth and width of crystallizer affect the level fluctuation with four- hole nozzle. Based on the slab caster crystallizer of 90 mm × 1 500 mm and 90 mm × 1 270 mm as prototype, the wa- ter model with 1 : 1 scale was established, and data of steel-level fluctuation was collected by D J800 data collecting system. The simulation results show that: The wave height in No.2 position sensor, with constant immersion depth, in- creases with the increase of casting speed; with constant casting speed, the wave height decreases with the increase of immersion depth from 240 mm to 340 mm. with constant casting speed and immersion depth, the smaller the crystallizer section, the smaller wave height.
