摘　　要：我国今年1月1日开始实施的《反恐怖主义法》，明确定义了恐怖主义、恐怖活动及恐怖活动组织等概念。加强对恐怖主义及其相关概念的深入解读，熟悉《反恐怖主义法》立法的出发点与落脚点，有利于我们更加清晰地认知界定恐怖活动组织需要把握的主要问题，对于指导反恐怖工作具有重要的现实意义。The Anti - Terrorism Law gives a clear definition of the terrorism, terrorist activities and terrorist organizations. To strengthen the in-depth interpretation of the concept of terrorism and its related concepts and be familiar with the starting point and destination of anti-terrorism law legislation help us realize the main problems for more clear cognitive definition of terrorist organizations and is of great practical significance for anti-terrorism work.
