摘 要:以拟静力试验为基础,分别对3个T型圆钢管相贯节点进行低周反复试验,主要研究T型圆钢管相贯节点平面内加载作用下的滞回性能、破坏模式、延性系数以及平面内弯曲刚度问题。通过观察3个试件的屈服和破坏现象,可知3个试件的破坏模式几乎相同,均为支管相贯线区域焊接热影响区的撕裂破坏,试验结果表明:试件破坏的位置在支管处,焊接应力对节点的承载力有一定的影响。同时绘制滞回曲线,对节点的滞回性能进行分析和比较,分析节点相贯线附近的复杂应力情况,得出该处应力分布很不均匀:关于试件平面近似呈对称分布。随后求出了试件的节点转角的延性系数:无论是正向还是反向,3个试件的转角延性系数是依次增大的,这与主管的几何尺寸增大呈相同趋势。Three unstiffened T-type tubular joint specimens were tested under low-cyclic loading to investigate the hysteretic behavior,failure modes,ductile factors and In-plane bending stiffness under in-plane loading. Through the observation of the yield and failure phenomenon of three specimens,the failure modes of three specimens were almost the same,which was tearing failure,occurred in the welding heat affected zone of intersecting-line-region. The results showed that the specimens' damage were located in the branch tubes and the welding stress has a certain influence on the bearing capacity of joints. The hysteretic behavior curves of the joint were drawn,then by analyzing and comparing with the three joints,the complex stress conditions near the intersecting-line of joint were obtained. Finally,this paper pointed out that the stress distribution near the intersecting-line of joint was uniform,the stress was distributed symmetrically. The ductile factors for the moment-rotation of the joint were also obtained,and the research found that the ductile factors orderly increased,and showed the same tendencies with the geometric dimensioning improvement of main tube.
