摘  要:嘉绍大桥是世界上首座六塔独柱双幅四索面斜拉桥,主桥全长2 680 m。索塔钢锚箱是桥梁的主要承力构件,受力比较集中;采用单箱双室四索面结构,每对锚拉板之间有两个不同空间角度的锚箱,其空间结构相对复杂;受各种条件的制约,结构尺寸不能过大,且多为厚板结构,内部空间狭小,焊接要求高,施工极为困难;国内外无成熟经验可参考借鉴。针对其结构特点和要求,制定合理的装配、焊接工艺,控制焊接变形,保证其尺寸精度和焊接质量。Jia-Shao Bridge is about 2 680 meters long,named as the world's first cable-stayed bridge with six pylons,single column,double widths and four cable planes. The steel anchor box of cable pylon is the main loading structure of the bridge where the force is concerned. With the complexed structure of single box,double room and four cable planes,there are two anchor boxes with different dimensional space between each pair of anchor pulling plates. Because of various limitations,such as small inner space,high quality of welding and of difficulty in construction,the dimension of the structure should be limited and most of them should be formed by thick plate. There is no successful experience either at home or abroad. This paper focused on the characteristics and requirements of the structure so as to design and propose an reasonable assembly scheme as well as welding procedure,the dimensional precision and welding quality could be achieved through welding deformation control.
