欧盟草根体育俱乐部的经费来源、保障措施及对我国的启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和比较分析法,以欧盟草根俱乐部为研究对象,梳理欧盟体育系统经费来源的结构、欧盟各国草根体育经费来源的5种模式,分析欧盟草根俱乐部经费来源的渠道、保障措施以及未来的优化路径。研究揭示欧盟草根俱乐部有多种经费来源途径,也有相应的法规保障,确保草根俱乐部资金来源的稳定性。基于此,关注未来资金的可持续性;志愿者是未来草根俱乐部发展的一个趋势;俱乐部未来增加新的服务项目,创新赞助模式,提高抵御临时收入不足的能力,实现草根俱乐部的可持续发展。This paper uses literature reviews and comparative analysis and takes the European Union grass-roots clubs as the research objects to comb the EU sports system structure of the sources of funds and five modes of sports funding sources of the EU countries grassroots and to analyze the club capital source channel,safeguard measures of the funds source and the optimized path of funding sources. The research revealed that the European Union grass-roots clubs had a variety of funding sources and the corresponding regulations guarantee to ensure the stability of grassroots club funding sources. Based on this,the EU funds focus on sustainability in the future; volunteers will be the trend in the development of future grass-roots clubs; clubs will add newservices in the future,innovate their modes and improve the ability to resist temporary income insufficient. Therefore they will realize the sustainable development of grass-roots clubs.
