社会转型期我国草根体育组织发展的困境与培育路径

摘　　要：我国政治体制、经济体制改革的深入发展与社会结构变迁下的宽松环境,催生了各种草根体育组织。运用文献资料法,以自组织理论为依据,分析了我国草根体育组织兴起背景,及其生存发展过程中面临的合法性、资源匮乏性、组织管理等困境,提出我国草根体育组织发展应遵循的加强法制建设、探寻合法身份认同、突破资金困境、寻求政府购买服务的培育路径,以求得加强制度建设与管理,增强草根体育组织生存的能力,旨在为促进我国草根体育组织健康发展服务。It is the development of our reform of the political and economical systems and the comfortable environment under the transitional social structure that lead to the various kinds of grassroots sports organizations. Based on the documentary investigation methods,this essay analyzes the forming background of Chinese grassroots organizations and the legality,scarcity of resources and the difficulties of organizing management that we are faced with during the process of survival and development. The authors put forward that Chinese grassroots sports organizations should followthe cultivation path of tightening up the legal system,exploring the legal identifying,breaking through the lack of money dilemma and seeking the service of government purchases in order to concentrate on institutional improvement and management and enhance the viability of grassroots organizations. All these aim at promoting the sound development of Chinese grass-roots sports organizations.
