手法松解配合头颈部磁疗治疗颈源性头痛临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨手法松解配合头颈部磁疗对颈源性头痛的临床效果。[方法]120例颈源性头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。两组均进行手法松解治疗,治疗组另给予头颈部磁疗,分别于治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎活动度(ROM)评分进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。[结果]两组治疗前后VAS评分和ROM评分之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床疗效组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]手法松解治疗颈源性头痛效果良好,同时进行脉冲磁治疗可以显著提高疗效,值得临床应用。[Objective] To study the effect of manipulation and pulsed magnetic field on cervicogenic headache. [Methods] 120 patients were divided randomly into experimental group using manipulation and pulsed magnetic field, and control group with manipulation. Visual analogue scale（VAS） and ROM were evaluated before and after treatment between two groups.The clinical effects were researched and analysed statistically.[Results]There was a significant difference between experimental group and control group（P〈0.05）.The comparison of the scales for visual analogue scale（VAS） and ROM before and after treatment in two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Manipulation has a good effect in the treatment of cervicogenic headache, when the pulsed magnetic field is carried out at the same time, the therapeutic efficiency can be improved significantly.
