院前急救处理在口服农药中毒病人中的作用评价

摘　　要：目的：探究院前急救处理在口服农药中毒患者的价值。方法：选取口服农药中毒患者100例，其中50例接受院前急救处理，另外50例由家属送至医院进行救治，对比2组抢救情况。结果：院前急救处理组抢救情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）：结论：给予口服农药中毒患者院前急救处理治疗，可以提高抢救成功率。Objective To explore the pre-hospital emergency treatment in the value of oral pesticide poisoning patients. Methods Selected 100 patients with oral pesticide poisoning, including 50 cases receiving pre-hospital first aid, another 50 cases by family sent to the hospital for treatment, compared two groups rescues. Results Intervention group pre-hospital emergency rescue situation is better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral pestidde poisoning patients pre- hospital emergency intervention therapy, can improve the success rate of rescue.
