摘　　要：为优化产业结构和资源配置,增强企业核心竞争力,许多企业选择将物流服务外包,从而面临着第三方物流(3PL)服务供应商的选择问题。文章在SERVQUAL理论基础上提出了一个考虑客户对于物流服务感受且综合第三方物流服务特点的供应商选择评价指标体系,并通过模糊质量功能展开(FQFD)和三角模糊层次分析(TFAHP)的方法来选择更具客观性、准确性、顾客满意度、高效率的第三方物流服务供应商。最后通过算例说明该方法的科学性和合理性。Abastract： In order to optimize the industrial structure and resource allocation, lots of enterprises make the selection of logistics outsourcing.,facing the selection problem of the third-party logistics（3PL） service suppliers.Therefore, an evaluation index system for 3PL service suppliers selection is proposed based on the customer perception and service characteristics to choose the more objective, accurate and efficient 3PL service supplier more satisfying the customers by the method that combines FQFD and TFAHP. Finally, an example illustrates the algorithm is scientific and reasonable.
