摘　　要：工业革命后,工业区代替手工工场,城市化随之而来。工业区承载了传统工业生产,但由于人类对地球资源的过度开发、对生态环境的破坏,工业区带来各种问题。工业区不得不转型为生态优美的园区,以发展新兴产业为主,使用新能源、新动力。中国第一个工业区是深圳蛇口工业区,第一个科技园区是深圳科技工业园。深圳工业区模式、中关村模式在改革开放的制度环境中迅速在各地复制与发展。东莞的工业区与园区在镇域经济中实行差异化发展。园区是东莞"五位一体"的发展极,是推动东莞高级城市化的新中心。The industrial zone replaced the workshop manual after the industrial revolution. The urbanization followed. The industrial zone loaded the industrial production. But the industrial zone appeared various problems because of the exploitation of the earth＇s resources over, the damage to the ecological environment. The industrial zone had to transform to the park with beautiful ecology, developed emerging industries, using new power and new energy. The first industrial zone in China is the She Kou industrial zone. The first technology park is the Shenzhen technology industrial park. The pattern of the industrial zone and park in Shenzhen was copied all over the country in the wave of reform and opening up, developing rapidly. Dong Guan＇s industrial zone and park has its characters. The park is the developing pole of Dongguan in the future one of the five, the new center which promoting the Dongguan senior urbanization.
