摘　　要：本文结合当前的经济热点分析资产评估在当前国企改制中的重要地位以及存在的问题,浅析由于产权方面的差异给资产评估带来的问题及其原因,最后提出解决这些问题新思路。为促进资产评估机构在评估资产时真正做到客观公正并独立承担法律责任提供了基础,也为我国社会主义市场经济健康可持续发展提供了支持,并且对国有资产评估管理方式的改革有一定的帮助。in this paper, the focus of current economic analysis of asset assessment plays an important role in the current reform of state-owned enterprises and the existing problems of due to the differences in property to assets assessment of the problems and their causes. Finally, it puts forward new ideas to solve these problems. To promote asset evaluation agencies in the valuation of assets truly objectively and impartially and independently bear legal liability provides the basis for sustainable development of our country socialist market economy healthy provides support, and the state-owned assets assessment management reform has certain help.
